If you have a company workspace, then you also have a personal workspace for private matters. Access to a business workspace requires registration of a free personal workspace, and both personal and business workspaces work with the same ID. Once you've logged in you can use the business workspace for business for company matters.

Once logged in to the service, you can change the account you wish to use by clicking your or the company name in the top left corner, and click "Switch workspaces".

In case you're already on the company workspace and you still can't finish documents, then it means that you haven't activated your subscription or that you've used all the documents included with your subscription. If you need to create more documents, please visit:
